I ordered the tocos without sour cream but the order had sour cream on all my tacos.

I love eating at taco Bell you can get the salad as low carb just tell them no rice and no beans extra meet extra lettuce and they will fix it for you great for diabetics

The staff tonight was the friendliest, sincerest, sweetest staff l have ever met in a fast food restaurant. I work in a five star hotel in Berlin, Germany, and l would hire them all! And the food is yummy of course :-)

Really would like to give a shout-out to Sonya she went above and beyond tonight. First they didn't put all over food on the tray, then it had a problem she said she would go fix it her self to make sure it was correct. After the workers on the line said they had fixed all our food and said it was correct when it wasnt...Sonya went above and beyond for my family of 6 with our 20 item order that was 41.00 total I believe her customer service shouldn't go unnoticed.. I've been here several times with my family and everytime we've been the staff are always so wonderful. They're always friendly. The food is always good. We've never had to wait too long either. We have gotten the wrong order once or twice but the employees were always apologetic and quick to fix it and make it right. Great place for lunch or dinner or a snack .

Just passing through on my way back home from a trip. The staff was so friendly and engaging. Best fast food experience I've had in a while. I rarely ever leave reviews but they definitely deserved this one. Definitely will be stopping here anytime I pass through Perry again.

Friendly staff, dirty facility. We were given our order in a bag even though we were eating in the store. The cinnamon twists were update down at the top of the bag. Every table inside was dirty and we had to clean our own table as did every other guest that arrived while we were there. Employees were more interested in being on their phones than doing work.

My taco didn’t have lettuce and they were cold,Payed for extra sauce on the food and didn’t get any sauce!

This has to be the cleanest, friendliest Taco Bell I have ever been to. Kellie was greeting everyone when they walked in and also told everyone goodbye when they left. The food was very good and they did not skimp on the toppings. Management has done a great job in training their employees. Kudos Taco Bell.

I had my favorite! Mexican pizza combo with the soft taco supremes and a Mountain Dew Baja Blast! And, of course, hot sauce! Yummya😋

Terrible service, I ordered my food through the drive thru and not only was the employee extremely rude and short with me when I tried placing my order, when I got my order everything was wrong, I has ordered 12 tacos total 6 of which were supposed to be soft with no tomato or sour cream as there was a food allergy that I had told the employee to make sure neither touched the tacos. Then my 4 hard tacos had none of the toppings I had asked for and the final 2 were entirety different from what I had ordered. After the customer service I received, I will not order there again!

UPDATE: I'm done with them. The drive thru service is pretty much a major failure. Seriously, 19 minutes to go from giving my order to getting my order (incorrect I'll add). I've gone there 8 times and once out of eight I had no issue. It looks like they still can't find decent employees. It's a very sad situation. I'd rather pay higher prices and get what I ask for. They keep piling on me these free coupons for tacos each time they screw up, but don't bother cashing them in because I don't want tacos.Old Post: Nice clean. The cashier was very nice. Food tasted good as I would have expected. The service seemed fast. The big fail was they didn't get my order correct. Not just on one item; however two items. The interesting thing was one of the cooks argued with the cashier about what I wanted to eat. It's like she didn't understand the menu? Either way It's not appropriate to argue at the front counter. It's tough to find good employees in Perry.

It took way too long to get 6 soft tacos and a gordita. This should have been way faster.

It was terrible couldn't get the order correct which was simple . I mean how hard is it to get two. Number 9's.

The friendliest drive thru workers in Perry. Every time I go I end up leaving with a smile. Food is fast food... but they do it well.
